IMPORTANT: Infinite Campus Update

To provide families with better security and more control over student information, Worthington Schools is updating how parents and guardians log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Starting for the 2026-2027 school year, the district will no longer create accounts or manage credentials for parents and guardians. Instead, parents will now have the power to create their own account and manage their own password securely.

What is changing?

Self-Service Accounts: You will now create your own username and password.
Easy Password Resets: If you forget your password in the future, you can reset it yourself instantly via email
Enhanced Security: Managing your own credentials keeps your family’s data safer.

What do parents & guardians need to do?

Starting July 13, your current Infinite Campus account will no longer work.
On July 20, you will receive a separate email containing a unique Activation Key and a link. Simply click the link, enter your key, and follow the prompts to create your new username and password. Once logged in, it will look the same as before.
You can complete this setup on a computer or mobile device in a couple minutes
If you use the Infinite Campus Mobile App, you will need to sign in again with your new account.

School Supply Lists

Due to the fact that high school students can take a variety of classes, there are no supply lists for TWHS, WKHS or Linworth.

Students will be given information on supplies during orientation or when they begin classes.

Kindergarten evaulations are done by appointment time on August 19th & 20th. All Kindergarten students report on Friday, August 21st.

Emergency Data Review (Contact Info, Permissions)

The Emergency Data Review is a set of forms that parents/guardians complete at the start of each school year to make sure we have updated information for your family.

The process for updating your Emergency Data Review will be changing for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Worthington School District will be sending an email to parents at the end of July/beginning of August on how to update your Emergency Contact Information.

Final Forms

Final Forms accounts are created by parents/guardians and students, separately, using their personal email and self-selected passwords.

Questions about your Final Forms account can be directed to the Athletic Department of your school building.

To recover forgotten login credentials:

Go to Final Forms
Click Login in the top right and type in Worthington Schools to select [Ohio]: Worthington Schools
Click on the Login button under Parent or Student
Click "Forgot your email?" or "Forgot your password?" to recover your login credentials.

Free/reduced meal applications

The USDA had school food services return to pre-pandemic operations last year.

Worthington Schools has eligibility-based pricing of meals (Free/Reduced/Paid).

All Worthington School families are required to complete the online Free/Reduced Lunch Eligibility Form. All students use their Lunch ID for meals. The student's number can be found in the Parent Portal. Select the Student ID tab and look for your Lunch PIN.

Families can add money to their lunch account through My Payments Plus. You can also use MPP to track your student's account and see much money remains on it. My Payments Plus is also used to pay other fees, like high school parking permits and AP testing fees.

Graduation Status

Log in to Infinite Campus Parent. You can download the Infinite Campus Parent app to your mobile device, or visit the Infinite Campus Parent website.

Once logged in to Infinite Campus Parent, click Parent Access Links from either the More or Quick Links section.

Select View Student Graduation Status and click submit. A PDF will download with student Graduation Status Sheet, which can be saved or printed.

Questions about data on the Graduation Status Sheet should be directed to your child's high school counselor.

MyPaymentsPlus & School Fees

Families can see how much money is on their lunch account and pay student fees through My Payments Plus.

The Board of Education unanimously voted to eliminate classroom consumable fees starting last year. Therefore, those fees will not be in My Payments Plus for parents to pay during open houses or schedule pickup as in years past.

If a child is participating in extracurricular activities, renting an instrument, or wanting to purchase a high school parking pass, those will still be available in My Payments Plus once the school year and season gets under way. Senior graduation fees will also be loaded around August 1.

How to Report a Student Absence

Parents can now report absences through a feature in the Infinite Campus Parent App - - it’s quick, secure, and available 24/7.

If you do not have the app on your phone, click the headline below that says Infinite Campus (Parent & Student).

For those not using the app, you can still report absences through phone calls or email.

When reporting a student absence through phone or email, please provide the student's name and grade, teacher (for elementary students), date of absence, and reason for absence.

Student attendance will be updated in Infinite Campus Parent and Infinite Campus Student as soon as it has been entered by building staff. Schools will contact guardian(s) of students with unknown absences within two hours of the start of the school day.

Please note that student and guardian views in Infinite Campus are limited over the summer while we transition school years. Full access will be restored one day before school year starts.

Immunization Requirements

Login Credentials & Password Recovery (Parent & Student)

If you are new to the district, an email will be sent to parents/guardians in late July or early August with instructions to create your own username and password for the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Child Login Credentials

Students log in with their credentials at wscloud.helloid.com to access educational apps.

Please note that families returning to Worthington cannot use their old credentials. A new username and password will be issued to students who have previously withdrawn and are now returning to Worthington Schools. They will also have a new district email address.

Report cards

Click Documents on the left panel, select School Year and click Report Card. A PDF file will download with student report card, which can be saved or printed.

To view in-progress grades for the current term, click Grades on the left panel.

To view Assessments, click More on the left panel and then click Assessments.

You can toggle between multiple students in the top right corner.

Your district-provided parent login credentials will also work for the Infinite Campus Parent app on your mobile device.

Schoology Accounts

Parents may create their own Schoology accounts and link them to the Schoology account of their students in grades 6-12. More information about this process can be found at the Schoology Parent Guide.

To recover your Schoology Access Code (necessary to connect to your student's Schoology account), login to Infinite Campus Parent.

A Schoology Access code will populate only for students in grades 6-12.
